Glassdome Earns Catena-X Certification and Cofinity-X Marketplace Registration for Its Carbon Footprint Solution
By Glassdome
Glassdome has officially received Catena-X certification for its Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) solution, becoming only the second company in the world to achieve this distinction.
Catena-X is a collaborative data-sharing network led by major OEMs such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Volkswagen, aiming to standardize sustainability data across the automotive value chain. Glassdome’s certification confirms full compliance with the Catena-X Rulebook—one of the strictest standards for carbon data interoperability.
Following this achievement, Glassdome’s PCF solution has also been registered as a Certified App on Cofinity-X, the commercial backbone of the Catena-X network. Cofinity-X serves as a key platform for enhancing transparency and reducing emissions across European manufacturing supply chains.

Glassdome’s PCF solution, built to meet ISO 14067 standards, integrates in real time with enterprise systems like MES and ERP. Its cloud-based, scalable architecture supports flexible deployment across different industries and supply chain tiers, enabling companies to meet increasingly strict carbon disclosure requirements.
Glassdome is also a contributor to the Global Battery Alliance’s Digital Battery Passport pilot, preparing for compliance with future EU battery regulations.
To better support its growing European presence, Glassdome opened a new office in Munich and continues to assist Korean suppliers aiming to enter the EU market. In 2024, the company also partnered with Siemens to simplify carbon footprint assessments for industrial manufacturers.
Through these efforts, Glassdome is positioning itself as a trusted partner in helping automotive players enhance their carbon competitiveness amid evolving climate regulations.
