Innovating Manufacturing for Long-Term Sustainability

Simon Kim is the CEO and Founder of Glassdome. He sets Glassdome’s strategic direction and leads the company’s business units. Previously, Simon was a founding member and head of software at Awair, an air quality IoT company. He helped grow the company from zero lines of code to Series B, helping tens of thousands of customers and enterprises like Airbnb, Hyatt, and SGS.

Simon holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Stanford University, where he was the president of ASES Stanford, one of the largest student entrepreneurship organizations in the country. He also served as a Sergeant in the Korean Army, including a deployment to Afghanistan as part of the International Security Assistance Force.

Jinki Ham is Glassdome’s Chief Business Officer and General Manager of Glassdome Korea. He oversees global business development and is a vital corporate strategic planning team member. Before Glassdome, Jinki worked for two decades at Hyundai Heavy Industries, where he became head of advanced propulsion systems at the company’s Advanced Technology Institute. At Hyundai, he worked on projects ranging from winterizing polar ships to designing supercritical CO2 power generation systems to responding to international environmental regulations.

Jinki holds a doctorate in nuclear engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).

TJ Yoon is Glassdome’s PCF global business lead and heads the Europe office. Prior to his current role, he was a product manager based in Seoul, growing the PCF platform into an industry leader. Before Glassdome, Yoon was a product manager at KakaoBank, one of Korea’s leading mobile banking and fintech firms. He delivered innovative products defined by operational efficiency and improved customer experiences.

TJ holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and mathematics from the Washington University in St. Louis Olin Business School.

Charlie Thompson is Glassdome’s Director of Product, overseeing product strategy and execution for Glassdome’s industrial software solutions. Before joining Glassdome, Charlie led product initiatives across startups and enterprises, including Awair, Tyler Technologies, and BNSF Railway, where he drove process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

He holds an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, a BS in Computer Information Systems & Business Administration from Northwestern State University, and certifications in usability, Scrum, and MES/MOM Awareness from MESA International.

Anthony Corbacho heads up Glassdome’s software development teams. He uses his extensive tech experience and human intuition to lead dev teams from client needs to finished products.

An IoT veteran, Anthony was previously the Director of Engineering at Awair, an air quality IoT company.  Before that, he was Senior Software Engineer at Zepl (Datarobot) and a member of the Project Management Committee at Apache Zeppelin. Anthony holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from EPITECH – European Institute of Technology in Paris.

Michael Yangjin Yoon leads Glassdome’s Product Carbon Footprint consulting team, working with clients and technology to understand and solve their sustainability challenges. 

Before stepping up to lead the new PCF consulting function, Michael worked as a Business Development Manager, managing Glassdome’s sales process and onboarding for customers across South Korea. 

His experience also includes stints as a Process Engineer and Production Operator at Lotte Chemical’s Polypropylene and Polyethylene plant and as an Associate at a boutique consulting firm, working with manufacturers in pulp & paper, pharmaceutical, steel, and other industries. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
