Innovating Manufacturing for Long-Term Sustainability

Simon Kim is the CEO and Founder of Glassdome. Kim sets Glassdome’s strategic direction and leads the company’s business units. Previously, Kim was a founding member and head of software at Awair, an air quality IoT company. He helped grow the company from zero lines of code to Series B, helping tens of thousands of customers and enterprises like Airbnb, Hyatt, and SGS.

Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Stanford University, where he was the president of ASES Stanford, one of the largest student entrepreneurship organizations in the country. He also served as a Sergeant in the Korean Army, including a deployment to Afghanistan as part of the International Security Assistance Force.

Jinki Ham is Glassdome’s Chief Business Officer and General Manager of Glassdome Korea. Ham oversees global business development and is a vital corporate strategic planning team member. Before Glassdome, Ham worked for two decades at Hyundai Heavy Industries, where he became head of advanced propulsion systems at the company’s Advanced Technology Institute. At Hyundai, he worked on projects ranging from winterizing polar ships to designing supercritical CO2 power generation systems to responding to international environmental regulations.

Ham holds a doctorate in nuclear engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).

Max Krevitz is Glassdome’s North America CI Business Lead. He oversees the success of the Glassdome CI business in North America and works closely with Glassdome’s manufacturing customers and consulting partners to build successful projects and relationships. Prior to joining Glassdome, Krevitz spent a decade in project management and partnership development with Beryllium InfoSec and AnyLogic, implementing worldwide digital transformation strategies for Fortune 100 companies. His experience includes building digital twin and smart factory solutions with world-leading consulting partners.

A native of Chicago, Krevitz holds a degree from Purdue University.

TJ Yoon is Glassdome’s PCF global business lead and heads the Europe office. Prior to his current role, Yoon was a product manager based in Seoul, growing the PCF platform into an industry leader. Before Glassdome, Yoon was a product manager at KakaoBank, one of Korea’s leading mobile banking and fintech firms. He delivered innovative products defined by operational efficiency and improved customer experiences.

Yoon holds dual bachelor’s degrees in finance and mathematics from the Washington University in St. Louis Olin Business School.

Brent Morin heads business development efforts in the U.S. for Glassdome’s Product Carbon Footprint platform. He works closely with customers to address the challenges of climate change and resource depletion across complex global supply chains. Before joining Glassdome, Morin was Director of Business Development at Credibl ESG, an ESG platform for data and actionable insights, and InfiniChains. Prior to moving to tech, he gained extensive experience in global supply chains in the textile industry as VP of Sales for American Textile & Apparel and a sales leader at Coolcore and MatMarket.

Morin holds a B.A. in Rhetoric from Bates College and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Salve Regina University.

John Wright leads Glassdome’s worldwide marketing efforts. He came to Glassdome from a ten-year career on the agency side, where he developed brand and marketing strategies for companies like Red Hat, Advance Auto Parts, Travelers, and the University of Miami Health System. Prior to joining Glassdome, Wright was a Senior Associate at B2B tech marketing boutique New Kind and helped lead content development at advertising firm Walk West. He began his career on Madison Avenue at Infinia Group, a New York brand agency.

Wright holds a B.A. in Political Science and Archaeology from Columbia University.

Charlie Thompson is Glassdome’s Director of Product, overseeing product strategy and execution for Glassdome’s industrial software solutions. Before joining Glassdome, Charlie led product initiatives across startups and enterprises, including Awair, Tyler Technologies, and BNSF Railway, where he drove process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

Thompson holds an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, a BS in Computer Information Systems & Business Administration from Northwestern State University, and certifications in usability, Scrum, and MES/MOM Awareness from MESA International.

Anthony Corbacho heads up Glassdome’s software development teams. He uses his extensive tech experience and human intuition to lead dev teams from client needs to finished products.

An IoT veteran, Anthony was previously the Director of Engineering at Awair, an air quality IoT company.  Before that, he was Senior Software Engineer at Zepl (Datarobot) and a member of the Project Management Committee at Apache Zeppelin. Anthony holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from EPITECH – European Institute of Technology in Paris.

Michael Yangjin Yoon leads Glassdome’s Product Carbon Footprint consulting team, working with clients and technology to understand and solve their sustainability challenges. 

Before stepping up to lead the new PCF consulting function, Michael worked as a Business Development Manager, managing Glassdome’s sales process and onboarding for customers across South Korea. 

His experience also includes stints as a Process Engineer and Production Operator at Lotte Chemical’s Polypropylene and Polyethylene plant and as an Associate at a boutique consulting firm, working with manufacturers in pulp & paper, pharmaceutical, steel, and other industries. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
